What is safety surfacing?
Wet pour safety surfacing is a synthetic rubber surface designed to reduce the risk of injuries to children at play. Using the wet pour method gives a seamless finish to your play area. All our safety surfacing is tested to BS EN 1177 standard. Because we care about the environment Rainbow only use black and coloured E.P.D.M. Granules, offering the best environmental solution, as well as providing consistent quality coverage, utilising recycled materials and special solvent free binders.
The Surface is stimulating with eye catching colours and graphics of your choice. It will be professionally laid by a qualified team of experts with over 18 years of experience and immediate repairs or renovation can be done on site. See here for critical fall heights.
Why not have a fun theme
With a range of bright colours such as a seaside theme, hop scotch, jungle, animals, out of space and many other specialist designs we can plan any design them with you. The possibilities are endless, with over 18 years of experience we can create a dynamic design to your own specification. We find the future of outdoor play areas and playgrounds is fast becoming focussed on safety, design and stimulation; and this is where wet pour rubber surfacing comes into its own.
Installation and repairs
As well as laying safety surfacing, Rainbow can also install play equipment of your choice, including ground work preparation prior to laying the surfacing. For example we supply and install these mushrooms.
If your surfacing has been subject to vandalism or damage, repairs can be quickly made on site due to our specialist knowledge and equipment.
